SusieCakes is a 26 location chain of specialty bake shops that has steadily grown since they first opened their Brentwood California location back in 2006. Since then they have opened multiple locations in both Southern and Northern California as well as in Texas, with their sites set on possible further national expansion in the future. Their made from scratch bakeries using Susan’s grandmothers original time-honored recipes continue to deliver on quality and taste creating memorable experiences. Since 2019 Cayuga has supplied SusieCakes with their specialty refrigerated and ambient display showcases, as well as matching millwork for all of their latest 7 new store locations.
The equipment supplier that they used prior to 2019 went out of business. They needed a solution-based responsive company that would provide them with an equipment package to address all of their specific needs – i.e. rear loading drawers, custom exterior décor package, and matching millwork.
Through careful planning and communications between SusieCakes and our Cayuga team, an equipment and millwork package specific to their needs was developed which we have since then successfully provided for all their new locations.
